we have the luck/misfortune of both being celiac... We chose to celebrate our anniversary here, a menu rich with quality dishes specially cooked for us, excellent and tasteful dinner, impeccable service and courtesy guaranteed! the same goes for breakfast, excellent gf products! At the Hotel Gabbiano we felt right at home, not to mention the breathtaking view. very, very satisfied

I went there as a guest. really top level gf cuisine, excellent variety.attentive and well-trained staff. I don't think it's cheap.

Really welcoming and elegant place. Kind and professional staff. Also the food is quality with good variety. My wife is celiac and had no limitations at all.
