good pizza, decent place the +3€ price in my opinion is acceptable try it!

I know the manager and he himself tells me that for the gluten-free pizza he buys frozen bases to guarantee quality and these bases cost about €2.80+VAT each. As a restaurateur you should apply a x3 markup, coming to €8.40 surcharge, so an extra €3.00 seems more than reasonable to me and the restaurant doesn't make money on that product, but rather offers an extra service....

Gluten-free pizza is available, but it's pre-packaged bases topped according to the customer's requests. The result is acceptable. Less acceptable, in my opinion, the "gluten free" surcharge of 3€
