excellent restaurant, menu rich in GF dishes, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts. fresh bread and packaged snacks. excellent service and cleanliness. the only flaw the quantities of the various courses.

Going back to Trento is a pleasure every time, also thanks to the excellent service from Andrea and his staff. Highly recommended!

We had known l'America as non-celiacs; we went back and we'll go back again! Andrea has a care and attention second only to his kindness. The restaurant is excellent: bread and breadsticks at the table, wide choice of first and second courses, all gluten free; and then the desserts and an excellent artisan ice cream that our little girl literally devoured! We highly recommend it to anyone passing through Trento: to feel more than normal, pampered!!
