Unfortunately it changed name and management. Too bad, I tried it years ago and I still remember it as one of the best pizzas around.

I just wanted to make a preface regarding the previous comment. I've been going to this venue for six years and know the owner and staff very well, I don't doubt that the lady may have felt sick .... But I can confirm with absolute certainty that the venue uses only gluten-free products including the rice flour used as dusting flour and to open the regular pizzas and therefore any contamination of the gluten-free pizzas is almost practically nonexistent or impossible as far as I know in six years it's the first time, assuming the cause of the sickness was actually due to the pizza eaten by the lady. I allow myself to make these statements knowing the owner's professionalism and the attention he uses in preparing gluten-free pizzas..

You deserve to be reported.... we went to get two gf takeaway pizzas at lunch. They rolled out the pizza in a contaminated environment and baked the pizza in an open tray in the regular pizzas' oven with flour everywhere rather than use the dedicated ovens in plain sight. However good the pizza was these are the consequences of your reckless conduct putting people's health at risk. Result ... my partner had allergic reactions being very symptomatic requiring overnight medical care. Let me preface... we didn't eat anything else. This isn't over.

my husband, a couple of friends and I were in Treviso for the first time, so being unfamiliar with the area I checked the app for the nearest pizzeria, Grigio Perla came up as the best, but from the comments we were hesitant! in the end we decided to go anyway and to our surprise we ate really well, everyone found the "regular" pizza delicious, mine, the gluten-free one, was excellent for me, the dough was good, the ingredients used and also the baking! very wide menu with gluten-free products and the place, being called Grigio Perla, has all its tones, decor and walls between white and gray! for me it's a good place and I'll definitely go back!

Pessime esperienze.Pizza,club sandwich e toast bruciati più e più volte,tant'è che ho deciso di metterci una pietra sopra a questo locale.Solo la disperazione di mangiare pizza (poichè intollerante al glutine) mi faceva ordinare la loro.Ora ci rinuncio.Andate alla pizzeria La Torre di Peseggia,100 volte meglio in tutto.Non ho altro da aggiungere,mi hanno nauseato.Allego foto.
