During my vacation in Castiglione I had dinner at this place 5 evenings. Why?! The location is really distinctive, the restaurant has a beautiful family history, waiters and even the cook who takes care of the gluten-free dishes super kind not to mention the dishes...exceptional. The pici (which I'd never eaten before) sublime, both alla aglione and alla cacio e pepe, Maremma-style torelli with a phenomenal ragù. Really attentive and helpful, I hope to have a chance to go back.

You eat divinely as they say (finger-licking good) you just need to say you're celiac, knowledgeable and really helpful staff. Thanks to the really kind lady.

I don't think I've ever ever ever eaten this well. Everything gluten-free, everything homemade from the bread to the dessert. AIC venue

I've been to this venue several times and they make from first course to dessert everything gluten-free with care also for lactose intolerant and vegan people
