It's no longer Fishing Lab, they still do gluten-free classic menu

we had already been there and it confirmed the opinion we'd formed, excellent gluten-free fried food, the catalanina was a pleasant surprise, the sea bass is delicious and cooked to perfection. It's a fixed stop whenever we come to Montecatini. Compliments to the chef and all the staff for the professionalism and courtesy shown. A real pleasure, see you soon.
