I was at this Restaurant in July with a friend of mine. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and I was really kindly told to book the gluten-free dough next time. This is the ONLY pizzeria in Varese that's gluten-free EXQUISITE and above all with a really wide choice of pizza types and with the option of lactose-free mozzarella (I'm allergic to lactose and strongly intolerant to gluten). Soft but crunchy pizza dough and an unmatched ingredient choice and quality in Varese. Obviously if you want to eat quality food a bit more you have to be willing to pay! I'm truly really satisfied and happy it was a pleasant discovery!

I was there at the end of June 2016. Gluten-free pizzas only by reservation. Gluten-free pizzas hard, calling them crispy is an understatement. Very high prices. Wide choice of pizza types.

I recently found out I have to eat gluten-free. At the moment the best pizza I've eaten. Wide choice and they also make desserts. It's quite expensive, especially the desserts (6 euros). The place is small and they do two seatings, so better to book ahead. When you book, say how many gluten-free pizzas you want to make sure you get one. I always got one, but I was told the gluten-free doughs are limited in number and booking avoids them running out beforehand.

I'm not celiac but I suffer from UC, so months ago I wanted to try this pizzeria, prompted by the enthusiastic reviews on tripadvisor. The gf pizza is very good, I really recommend it. Although I didn't understand how on earth it works, you have to book it specifically in advance...I didn't understand any of it, they weren't very clear. I thought it was enough to show up in person and they'd make it as usual, but no, luckily with me they turned a blind eye. Good pizza aside, the problem is the rest...the prices are high, for some things even too high. For example I had a vegan cream with a hazelnut crust and paid 6, I say 6, euros for it...for something fairly good but absolutely NOT exceptional. My husband had a regular dessert, he too spent 6 euros, and he wasn't thrilled...apparently there must be gold dust among the ingredients. At home I would have spent 50 cents to make the same thing, definitely in a larger quantity. As for the place (even though they'll move in the near future) it's cramped, while some of the staff were not very approachable and not very attentive to the customer (I'm referring to one lady, not the nice and kind waitress). In any case I feel I can recommend it to those who can't tolerate gluten. The gf pizza deserves it. As for me, however, I don't feel like going back, the pizza was good but the rest left something to be desired. My personal opinion, not necessarily shared by others.

The best GF pizza tried so far. I found a nice selection of GF pizzas and desserts. I also noticed a lot of care in the service. I recommend this pizzeria to everyone. They make the GF dough themselves so you need to let them know a few hours ahead. I recommend booking.

My husband and I went for Valentine's Day, the place is very nice but also small, you need to book ahead, extremely kind staff, ready to explain the menu. Being vegan and gluten intolerant I had the vegan pizza with Enkir dough, strong flavor but a bit hard to cut and the combination of ingredients tasty! Great choice of pizzas for vegans, vegetarians, celiacs. I absolutely recommend it!

The place is small and when booking you need to specify you'll be eating gluten-free. That said, I don't understand the negative comment below: I've been there many times and the staff has always been extremely kind, smiling and helpful. Maybe they're grumpy with grumps, who knows... ;) Besides a lot of excellent gluten doughs, and award-winning pizzas, also vegetarian and vegan, the gluten-free pizzas are excellent, as are almost all the desserts (except the muffin-type ones, which would be great for breakfast but don't go well with lunch or dinner). Clean but a bit dark place, apparently it will be relocated elsewhere soon, to a new location. At the end of the meal they bring you a digestive spoonful of licorice and star anise, which I refuse to touch. Overall among the best gluten-free pizzerias in the area, if not the best.

Gluten-free pizza very good!... even though the gluten-free dough is a bit heavy the pizza is satisfying and uncontaminated!! recommended!

THE RESTAURANT CONSISTS OF ONE ROOM WITH A MAXIMUM OF 25 SEATS, THERE'S NO ROOM TO BREATHE BETWEEN ONE TABLE AND THE NEXT. THE WAITRESSES AND THE OWNER SEEM ANNOYED BY EVERY REQUEST, EXPLANATION AND RUSH YOU FOR ORDERING THE DISHES AND DESSERTS NOT ALLOWING THE CUSTOMER A BREAK. THE PIZZAS ARE ORDINARY. EXPENSIVE CAKES NOT FROM A PASTRY SHOP, HUGE AMOUNT OF WHIPPED CREAM TO COVER A KIND OF SPONGE CAKE. THE PRICES ARE HIGH AND THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE FOR MONEY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ONLY FOR COUPLES, LARGE GROUPS ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS, SINCE THERE'S NO SPACE, IT'S JUST CONFUSION, DISAPPOINTMENT AND A RIP-OFF OVERALL.
