They were certified in 2020, now they're no longer in the AIC network and don't seem to know how to welcome a celiac at all. We happened to stop by on a Saturday for lunch because I remembered they were AIC… at noon the cook still hadn't arrived, and when I asked the waitresses at the counter "for gluten-free?" I was told I could have a salad and a steak… and maybe also the "baccalà"; I replied "ah, do you make the baccalà with gluten-free flour?" and the reaction was "ooooh, that's right, no, you can't eat that". So nothing, we had a spritz and went to eat at another restaurant.

They're absolutely not prepared to welcome a celiac. They were AIC but that was back in 2020…

I find it strange that at a certified venue they ask what type of celiac you are? intolerant or allergic?
