Ate a seafood rice dish for 2 with water and coffee. 47 euros. Definitely too much for a slightly bland risotto without even one langoustine. I did notice however what they served at the other tables and actually other fish dishes looked appealing. very varied menu also for celiacs, but with no particular specialties.

Tonight I ate at the Thomas restaurant for the first time and found sophistication, courtesy and warmth in a bright and cheerful atmosphere! The quality of the raw ingredients is excellent and the chef cooked superbly! The gluten-free lobster spaghetti (caught fresh from their tank) was exceptional! They cook gluten-free first and second fish courses super fresh (they also offer a meat menu and a vegetarian one) and they also prepare several gluten-free desserts. What can I say? For us celiacs it's a real paradise, shame they don't offer gluten-free fried fish. I highly recommend this venue in Santa Teresa di Gallura!
