.. tonight I tried Gianni's pizza for the first time, in San Giovanni Lupatoto.. venue with a "family" feel..young and fast staff.. the dough is made by them, in my opinion, the pizza arrived hot, delicious, fragrant, tasty.. I can say, good, digestible, compared to the "premade" doughs I keep encountering around .. well doneee....
