After reading everyone's enthusiastic comments here, being in the area yesterday, I decide to stop for dinner at this pizzeria! Pizza nothing special, luckily I didn't leave Belluno exclusively for them wasting gas, highway tolls and time, it seems like a piadina with no crust and no elasticity, only the ingredients were saved being good and tasty! Maybe whoever wrote these comments here on the app hasn't tried Arte Bianca's gluten-free pizza in Monastier di Treviso yet!!!!! This pizzeria has become too northernized and as a true, authentic Neapolitan, I'm telling you this doesn't resemble a real good Neapolitan pizza at all!

The pizza is truly really good! staff is kind and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.....I saw it's also a restaurant and offers the whole menu gluten-free.

ABSOLUTELY the best pizza in the area! The seriousness of the owners and staff is no small thing.. really attentive to gluten-free, and they offer, besides an exceptional pizza (dough made by the pizza chef!), also an assortment of gluten-free desserts, something that's not that easy to find. I can only recommend trying it!

We are responding to Anita, who unfortunately misunderstood what we stated when she was our guest. We reiterate that our establishment also serves pizzas with gluten, therefore we inform our customers that micro-contamination is possible (especially in the air that is breathed). It is however MICRO-CONTAMINATION, so we warn guests so that they are free to choose whether to stay or not, based on their own clinical condition. This action of ours should be read as greater protection for the consumer and not negatively as Anita did. The statement that "the manager's word denies reality" is decidedly inappropriate. What we have stated can be verified. We ourselves feel the need to monitor our work; we also recently had a gluten-free pizza tested and the result demonstrates the correctness of our process: gluten below 5 mg/Kg.. Publishing this review after a year seems improper to us, and the opinion expressed is not objective.

I believe the manager's word denies reality. As soon as I walked in they asked me how severe my celiac disease was, because if I get very sick they would advise against eating there... the pizza was baked in the regular oven and they weren't equipped with a separate counter. all of this happened in July 2014 and obviously I never set foot there again.

It's true, we haven't attended an AIC course, but that's no secret. We did however take part in November 2011 in the Course on Celiac Disease for Restaurateurs held at our ULSS 7 and we keep ourselves constantly up to date. As for the statement "high contamination" I think you mean the fact that we also serve traditional pizzas here. For due clarity we specify that we use gluten-free ingredients for everyone and the gluten-free pizzas are baked in a separate oven.
