The restaurant of the Col Del Sole hotel, on the Asiago plateau in Tresche' Conca di Roana, offers traditional Venetian and Asiago dishes (Asiago DOP cheese, tosella, vezzena, game, wild mushrooms and herbs, polenta) prepared by chef Antonio Valente in a recently renovated mountain-style dining room. The daily menu is presented directly at the table, and on request the kitchen prepares dishes for guests with specific dietary needs, including those related to celiac disease.
