A disappointment!after being a customer of the restaurant for years, I found myself, after booking a specific table, directed somewhere completely different much to my disappointment,not to mention the owner's excuse telling me I was early! I'll never go back there again!the end…

Traveling through Italy and found this restaurant in Florence. Hands down the best gluten free pizza ever!!! Tried a few in Venice and no thanks! Wonderful restaurant and excellent service. Enjoy!

From a venue that boasts on the AIC guide about having won the world gluten-free pizza award I expected much more.. a totally ordinary pizza, you find much better in Florence! not to mention the venue, tables practically touching each other, it felt like being in a canteen! a million tables in a practically dark room.. No no, nothing special

I don't think there's been a time I went to Florence and didn't go there! fair prices in my opinion both for the location and the impeccable quality! free-choice GF menu!.. amazing banana and caramel cheesecake, not to mention the Fiorentina steak or the gnocchi alla sorrentina!! it's always a pleasure to eat there! excellent, qualified staff..fast and ready for any customer request!!!

Pizza much below expectations...and prices not low for the quality. Seated crammed together and given the price of the service and the dishes, there should be a bit more room. We found better during our vacation in Florence

unfortunately we called several times and they didn't want to book us a table...telling us to just come by and try since booking a table for more than 10 people wasn't convenient for them....too bad that for a celiac not having certainty about eating leads you to book somewhere else....

I was at this venue 5 years ago, I should preface I live in Sicily and the pizza is shockingly delicious. If I could I'd take a plane every week to go there. It's hard to tell the gf apart from the regular one.

Pizza very...very good. I travel for work and for years I've enjoyed discovering the best gluten-free pizzas. Until today I considered Pizzeria Aragon in Alghero the best, but this one guys ...surpasses it. I tried the Vesuvio ...sublime

The gluten-free pizza good but I wonder if they still prepare it on the spot like they did a while ago or use the ready mix they also sell...because in that case there's no point booking it the day before as they suggest for rising etc etc anyway for now it's still always good compared to others in Florence

The GF pizza is good, average compared to those tried but Neapolitan style. They have little choice in terms of pizza types: both for gluten-free and regular pizzas there are only ten pizzas available on the menu. ...few I'd say. Plus they have difficulty accepting requests to remove/substitute ingredients, because "the pizza chef gets confused", they say. Also it should be noted that table service -the menu states- costs 15% of the bill.

Really welcoming place, kind and helpful staff, excellent pizzas. Only flaw, maybe, the price: 2 pizzas, a crepe, a beer and a bottle of water - 41.20€. Overall though, absolutely recommended.

pizza not exceptional...let's say average, in Florence you can eat better ones, even downtown. prices fairly high, not much variety on the menu. With the Tuscan appetizer though they bring an excellent gluten-free roll I think made by them

My girlfriend (celiac) and I had lunch at this place on 17/01/15. Really good pizza, both GF and not, the desserts so-so (the GF one in particular). €2.50 surcharge for the GF pizza. For 2 pizzas, 2 beers and 2 desserts we spent just under 50 euros....let's say it's not too much of a bargain (a place for tourists), but considering the location, the service and the city it's in, it's acceptable.

Excellent pizza, they have a great availability of products and knowledge of intolerances. However the service is poor when the place is full, EXCESSIVE GF surcharge!!! 14 euros for a ham and mozzarella (lactose-free) pizza. It's a very touristy place.

I came drawn by the recommendation of a celiac person who had already been there!! Superb pizza, I ate it for the two days I was in Florence. Service and kindness. Reasonable prices. I will return. Highly recommended! They also have dough to take away!!!! Both the regular and the gluten-free pizza were excellent

Eccellente!! I gestori sono cordiali e gentili: ti fanno quasi sentire a casa! La qualitá dei prodotti é strepitosa: dall'antipasto al dolce é tutto di primissima scelta e ottimo! Inoltre, per essere in centro a Firenze, i prezzi sono più che accessibili. Super consigliato!

Ci siamo recati in questo locale la sera del 17 maggio 2014. Il mio ragazzo mi ha fatto una sorpresa per festeggiare il nostro sesto anniversario. Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo, sia io che sono celiaca sia lui che non lo é. Primi, pizza e dolci strepitosi! L'organizzazione é eccellente: ci hanno trattati benissimo, sono stati molto rapidi e gentili. Noi siamo di Milano, ma ci torneremo sicuramente! Intanto, voto massimo per tutto! COMPLIMENTI

La pizza GLUTEN FREE piu' buona del mondo la trovi da Ciro!!!!!! E per chi si e' lamentato dico solo due cose, la lievitazione 24 ore e' una scelta di qualita' per questo la pizza va prenotata precedentemente e tra l'altro e' ben segnalato sul sito AIC che va prenotata!!!!

Valutazione negativa per l'organizzazione: arrivi, grandi sorrisi ecc ma quando chiedi la pizza sg ti chiedono se hai prenotato, peccato che questo non sia segnalato. Grave limitazione per un locale destinato anche a chi come noi desideri la pizza e decida di andare a mangiarla. Sono andata via molto molto delusa. Si può fare di meglio: andate da the club house!!!

Pizza strepitosa, per chi ama la vera pizza napoletana. Quasi non si nota la differenza con quella tradizionale. E' incredibile, non lo pensavo possibile. Indispensabile prenotare la pizza almeno 8 ore prima. La fanno apposta. Prima o poi ci torno apposta, la sogno di notte :-)
