Wonderful experience at this venue with a really family-like atmosphere. I ate really well from appetizer to main course! They have separate kitchens so 100% safe

Excellent gluten-free pizza...the best in Campobasso! The only downside is they don't have desserts!

Ristorante Pizzeria Castello is the only venue in Molise (and probably also in the neighboring regions) to have a separate kitchen entirely dedicated to gluten-free. Also, it's the only place where you can eat a gluten-free pizza baked in a WOOD-FIRED OVEN, also this one exclusively dedicated to gluten free pizza. The pizza dough IS NOT FROZEN, but carefully prepared with top quality products and above all the pizza is always available and there's one for every taste! The staff is trained and attentive to every detail, all the dishes from appetizers, to first courses, to second courses and sides, to desserts and obviously to the pizzas, are available gluten-free. At the Castello restaurant celiacs aren't second-class customers, they're normal customers like everyone else, they can freely browse the same menu everyone browses and choose what they want without having to settle for eating a frozen pizza! Most people don't know exactly what celiac disease is and even less how harmful contamination can be, so you can't guarantee the availability of gluten free dishes if they're then prepared and cooked in contaminated environments, it's a danger for those who suffer from celiac disease. Compliments to the Castello restaurant staff for the professionalism and sensitivity toward all their customers.
