We went back yesterday and again tonight...tonight superlative, magnificent seafood risotto, I normally struggle to digest risotto but I didn't even feel this one...while last night fried fish ordered at the last minute and strictly gluten-free....really really excellent..

super happy I went and I hope to go back....really a beautiful restaurant on the little harbor of Bocca di Magra, excellent cooking, kind and very capable staff....also it's a semi-paradise for celiacs since they can make all their first courses with dedicated pasta, they still need to perfect the desserts because they don't have gluten-free ones yet. ...well done well done well done....

I confirm excellent for the fried food they say to book ahead should be added to the aic list

Place not listed among AIC places, staff fairly informed about gluten-free, but the fried food mentioned in the previous comment isn't even up for discussion since they use wheat flour for breading.

Excellent from every point of view . the restaurant is known for its ancient tradition regarding fish specialties, served with professionalism and creativity and not only...: the whole staff can boast excellent preparation in the gluten-free field, from breakfasts, gluten-free bread served with butter and jam, to the small focaccia topped as you like ...not to mention the gluten-free mixed fry, lighter than the traditional one and absolutely crispy. Professionalism and welcome at 100%
