Feel like having an excellent gluten-free dinner!? Cantine Don Carlo is the best place in Salento! On Saturdays very crowded but everything delicious anyway! Appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts, everything exceptional and fantastic! The kingdom of cooking with and without gluten! Way too good!

very nice place, they have incredible attention to celiac disease, lots of choice for GF too and everything exquisite. PS. it's obvious you'll need to book the day before, not at the last minute

Restaurant very attentive to celiac disease! You find everything from pizza, to first courses, to side dishes, to desserts! Really everything exquisite! If you're in the area, try it because it's worth it! Top marks!

It's not possible, every time you call there was never room in the early evening hours, even calling in the early morning hours.

The pizza is decent. But the stone-cooked roasts, the first courses and the starters are heavenly. And all gluten-free.

Si mangia benissimo,ma la pizza è appena sufficiente,anche se i prodotti utilizzati sono buoni...é l'impasto è la cottura che non va.

mangiando la pizza senza glutine mi sono sorpresa e ho pensato:《hanno sbagliato a portarmi la pizza...》 a parte gli scherzi la pizza senza glutine e' eccellente e anche i primi di pesce e i vari piatti di carne sono ottimi. la qualita' del servizio e la bellezza del locale sono all'altezza dei piatti prima menzionati.
