'Buono & Senza' is the realization of a dream... The chance to leave behind, elsewhere, the worries about: what will I eat when I'm out? Can I trust it? Will the bread be good? and a little dessert? has finally become a reality in Corato. Mrs. Gabriella gave my son a place to go for a crêpe or a small focaccia, and gave us a place to turn to for a beautiful cake to celebrate his birthday with friends without having to go elsewhere, to other towns. Her professionalism and dedication shows through in how good her products are (bread, taralli, crostini, taralli etc.) which passed with flying colors both my son's and one of the most careful and meticulous people I know's scrutiny, my wife! Who, when it comes to food that isn't her own cooking, doesn't compromise. Highly recommended to EVERYONE, even those who aren't gluten intolerant.. It will amaze you with an uncommon goodness and will let you go visit or host your celiac friend/relative with a haul of excellent products.
