maybe 10 years ago when the alternatives were few this could have been a place to eat a GF pizza..but now I think the dough and fried food absolutely need to be reviewed and rethought, not up to the quality of other competitors. prices medium-high

I was there tonight for the first time and even though they have a separate kitchen I didn't eat great....fried food cold inside (reheated in the microwave)...they've changed it...but still it wasn't the best..then the pizza....even though the ingredients were fresh the dough was double and a bit raw

Excellent service and good food. They're very attentive. They have a separate kitchen.

We went back after a long time and were pleasantly surprised. ... .the fried stuffed pastries and small fried snacks excellent....excellent pizza ingredients....well done to the pizza chef.....at first they used frozen dough, now it's all fresh and you can taste it......well done, keep it up

Friendly and nice staff, fast service. We ordered arancini and fries, good. Pizza very good, the only flaw a bit salty.

I was there yesterday for lunch at this restaurant, the pizza was excellent...prices average, the €1.50 surcharge is common in many places, they have a separate kitchen for gluten-free.

my gluten-free pizza arrived 45 minutes after the others had already eaten fruit. At the entrance they assured me the dough wasn't the frozen kind..... instead it was frozen and disgusting, and on top of that when I got home I felt unwell because it had definitely been contaminated, since the pizza maker was completely white with flour.

I've been there several times, and I have to say the prices and pizza are good. as of today the gluten-free choice is wider with a separate menu and as I said, lots of choice. Soon they'll open the gluten-free kitchen in view, the only negative comment I can make, of which I'm sure because it happened more than once, is the poor training, like saying you can drink diet coke because it's the same as the regular one.. Or they brought me sauce packets and told me: "read the ingredients, the choice and responsibility are yours". moreover it's not registered with AIC and so it makes me think it's just bait to attract a good chunk of customers without worrying about possible contamination.

we went there only once and that's enough...the only gluten-free thing was the sign outside...pizzas sold out...no pasta and no bread...we had to get a sliced steak and some fries...they didn't even have gluten-free mayo or ketchup...never again

you could tell the gluten-free pizza was freshly made

the absolute worst gluten-free. ... calling the pizza vomit-inducing is an understatement! !!! frozen base so it arrives cold.. mozzarella in chunks and sour sauce thrown on top with no cooking!!

I went there only once and I will never go back...the pizza is frozen...that's why they only have 2 flavors: margherita or white with fries.. and it's inedible

A little disappointment! Only 4 kinds of pizza and pasta only with tomato sauce! Big signs but little choice and staff NOT always well trained.

I ate really well paying almost nothing, the service professional and really friendly, I'll definitely come back every time I'm at il vulcano buono.

I agree with Ferdinando's comment and I'll add that besides the pitiful pizza the service is really terrible ..the gluten-free dishes arrive after all the other diners have finished eating and with no bread to go with it..they have a whole sign for a gluten-free restaurant and pizzeria but of what's written on the menu there's never anything

the gluten-free pizza, with all due respect, is literally pitiful and on top of that the prices for gluten-free products are really high
