I came back after 5 years. I found the same dishes but not the same friendliness. I had the appetizers and wasn't disappointed, quite the opposite. Everything very good but the service has dropped a lot. I'll definitely go back but I'd like to see some of the staff smile 👍🙂

We went back to box 19 again this year. My son had the clam spaghetti and there was a lot of water at the bottom of the plate (this had already happened, this is my same comment as before). It's unclear why. Anyway, good but scant appetizers, and the staff always knowledgeable. There's supposed to be a surcharge for gluten-free but it wasn't applied to us.

I can't comment on the food offered because we didn't even sit down, given the welcome from the staff (I think the owner) who, when asked if they offered gluten-free service, started an arrogant and disrespectful monologue toward my wife, warning her that she needed to book and that she was surely aware of this since it's also stated in the Aic guide. We tried to explain to the esteemed gentleman that in Italy if a restaurant offers such a service it doesn't need any booking except at some small venues but only for pizza, but he wasn't even listening and kept up his not-very-nice monologue to put it politely, at which point we stopped the conversation and left......... These gentlemen need to be told that a celiac is a person like any other and should be treated as such no ifs, ands, or buts......... From personal experience stay away from this venue

I had dinner there the other night. I hadn't booked and this oversight of mine wasn't too well received, but they were kind. They're attentive to the gluten-free dishes, but the choice is really limited, maybe with a booking you can get a wider choice of dishes. Overall, good.

we arrived at 7:50 PM on an August Friday.As 3. They gave us the last available table. When I said I was celiac the owner got really annoyed saying I was already lucky to find a table...imagine that on top of it being celiac. I ate what he told me to. Definitely really careful in executing the order and the fish was fresh. Anyway I won't go back, and always book to avoid tension.

we were there tonight after having gone a few times in past years. but I was a bit disappointed. clam spaghetti and mussel spaghetti both gluten-free but both fairly flavorless and with a couple fingers of water at the bottom of the plate.... honestly I make it better.... appetizers a bit better but overall I'm disappointed. anyway really attentive to gluten-free and that's worth a passing grade.

just left! decent-sized location fairly spacious! attentive and thorough service! complete gluten-free menu from appetizers to dessert! I recommend the fried squid....... truly good.... and generous. friendly owners! excellent house limoncello! prices about average!!it's truly worth it!

Nice restaurant, but I wouldn't go back. The choice of gluten-free dishes is truly limited. Positive notes they make the fried food and the staff is truly informed about what to do and how to do it to avoid contamination. Decent quality. I had a bruschetta and a fillet.

I dined at this restaurant on August 15th... not much choice but the products are fresh and you eat well!!! The value for money is excellent! I had octopus salad and clam spaghetti (the only first course possible!). I would go back...

Very nice venue, you eat decently but no pizza! don't expect special dishes... For a night out with no big expectations I recommend it.

Very attentive. Welcome gluten-free bruschetta really good. I chose a seafood appetizer and the fried squid: super light and exquisite.

I was at this restaurant a few days ago. It's true you can eat gluten-free but the offering is really limited to what they want. In our case the appetizer was good but nothing special and the only available first course was spaghetti with clams. Honestly all dishes I could have eaten at home without going out for dinner. I expected more. Anyway in the absence of other options and if you really have to go there but don't expect much

I stopped by during a vacation trip, I had a great experience, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Excellent value for money. I'm celiac and ate with no problems.

siamo stati qualche giorno fa a cena in questo ristorante, ottimo in tutto soprattutto frittura di pesce, camerieri gentilissimi e molto attenti! consiglio sicuramente

POLLICE IN SU per il ristorante "BOX19" a Vieste ...pubblico una sola foto .... "frittura di paranza" da non confondere con il solito "fritto misto" ...proprietario e personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo..... Tutto eccellente dagli antipasti,al primo e in fine frittura ..... CONSIGLIATISSMO una mangiata di pesce fresco per pochi intenditori....
