Excellent pizzas also gluten-free. Good topping with quality products, nice place with the option to eat outside. Not in line with my morals to charge a gf pizza 3€ more to a person disadvantaged from a dietary standpoint. Fixed price 2 vegetarian+1 gf boscaiola+1 bottle water Total 45€.

We were in Trento for a few days at the start of the year, and we had dinner at their place, the venue was really full, the service was courteous. We had the pizzas, the ingredients were really good, not so much the pizza dough which we found adequate but with room for improvement. Good desserts.

really good! passing through quickly I had lunch with a Milanese cutlet..varied celiac menu of pizzas and cooking! worth trying!!

We were in Trento for the Christmas markets and we had dinner for two evenings at Bouganville because my wife is celiac. Excellent the pizza, the first and main courses. Fast service and staff really kind. We'll go back to Trento and definitely to Bouganville. Highly recommended.

staff really kind and fast, the owner's daughter is celiac and this guarantees max care and attention knowing the issue good food and pleasant venue a stone's throw from Trento station. Whenever they send me here again for work I'll go back

Locale moderno e personale molto cordiale ed attento. Pizza davvero ottima: impasto sottile e non crudo, stracondita... la più grande che abbia mai mangiato! Potrebbero ampliare un po' il menu sg e fornire pane al posto delle gallette...

Locale carino, a due passi dal centro storico, hanno un menù senza glutine, sia ristorante che pizzeria, abbastanza vario. Pizza buona, pasta pure. Consigliato. Potrebbero allargare la scelta e soprattutto prevedere pane al posto delle solite gallette di riso.

Locale molto carino,pizza senza glutine veramente ottima!!
