I should mention that even on the phone I was told they're moving away from gluten-free and so no longer make pasta, but they listed a series of appetizers and main courses that seemed interesting so I booked anyway.The venue is small, so I recommend booking; the waitress had already been told about my intolerances, so she showed me on the menu what I could have; they brought us a welcome plate with stracchino and "nuvoletta di drago", the prosciutto crudo was excellent, as was the main course, worth noting they still brought me some GF savory snacks. My partner wasn't wowed by his pasta (not GF), and they bring you a pre-dessert and dessert if you want it.The dishes weren't generous but very carefully made, total for 1 appetizer (of cured meats), a pasta dish and a main course: €80.To conclude, given the attention they paid to my needs, it's really a shame they want to leave the network.
