This is a small, very family-friendly and welcoming venue. We have around three hundred wine labels: most are Tuscan and Italian, but we're also building a selection of French and German wines. The kitchen is designed for everyone, even though we use exclusively gluten-free products; we make fresh pasta, favoring ravioli, gnocchi and tagliatelle, risottos, all types of baked desserts, spoon desserts, semifreddi and so on, and then there's the bread, which we make with both chestnut flour and buckwheat flour. The cuisine is traditional yet innovative; that means we respect our roots and the recipes handed down to us, while still trying to make them current in both taste and appearance. We also have great respect for zero-kilometer products, so our menu changes according to what's available on the market. In addition, a small section of our kitchen is dedicated to experimentation: here we give plenty of room to imagination and creativity.
