I also think the pizza maker has changed. The pizza was spongy. I won't go back. Before the lockdown it was among the best in Milan.

I was wondering if the pizza chef changed. after the lockdown I went to get takeaway pizza and it disappointed me a bit.... I'll try again....

Without a doubt a gluten-free pizza with little to envy in the "regular" ones. The gluten-free pizzas to choose from aren't many but they're enough. The only flaw, gluten-free prices everywhere are annoyingly always higher.

let me preface that the pizza is excellent, maybe among the best gluten-free ones I've had in my life... the price increase compared to the "regular" ones remains rather annoying. nice place, careful service, fast. I repeat, excellent pizza. medium/high prices.

Pizza baked in an electric oven so a bit pale. Toppings moderately good (better than the Egyptian pizza)
