The gluten-free pizza offered by this restaurant looks like a disc of hard, poorly defined, unleavened doughThe topping: zucchini flowers and mozzarella dripping with water.Truly embarrassing and awful.As a celiac I'd appreciate it if it were removed from the AIC list
