Apologies for not knowing Italian. We had dinner at this restaurant, having previously asked the manager and the waitress whether they had gluten-free dishes, and both confirmed they did. I ordered polenta crostini, and I was assured it had no gluten. I hadn't finished the dish and I already started to notice that I had been deceived. I left the restaurant telling them that what they did was dangerous and irresponsible, confirming that a dish was 'gluten-free' when it was contaminated. I ask you to pass this on so that it doesn't happen again to any other celiac person
