We are a pizzeria, restaurant and pastry shop specialising in gluten-free food, with a workshop dedicated exclusively to gluten-free production, and we have been part of the AIC Alimentazione Fuori Casa (Eating Out) programme for over twenty years. The entire menu (pizzas, first courses, main courses, desserts) is available gluten-free, as well as dairy-free, lactose-free and vegan. The pizzeria and restaurant are open Wednesday to Sunday, from 5:00 pm to midnight. The gluten-free pastry shop/workshop is open Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, for orders to be picked up.

very fitting name: it makes you want to go eat a schiacciata (excellent) a little pastry (all artisanal and really good) a 5 e 5... you call and voila! at any hour even for a quick snack. Deborah & co always attentive and kind. highly recommended.

I was there and the pizza was inedible, I went back after quite a while because reading the comments I hoped for an improvement... nothing at all.

Honestly in my opinion they've gotten a lot worse. both in gf and in service, terrible

I'd say excellent!!!from the appetizer to the fried fish!! The focaccia absolutely the best I've ever eaten, all at a really modest price!! If you happen to be in this area I recommend stopping by!!!

people shouldn't go there because the pizza is very hard to digest, I'd say raw, with a puddle of water and oil....on top of that it's expensive for the quality of the place

Now they've also added the calzone, excellent, the pizza is small and oily, the schiacciate much better! A bit pricey for the service given...

The pizza is delicious, the place is stocked with every gluten-free dish so you feel at ease! The staff is nice and friendly. One of my favorite places in Livorno!

Really good pizzas, friendly and courteous service - highly recommended. There's everything from the first course to the second course through pizza, dessert down to gluten-free ice cream!

The confirmation of my choice comes from the fact that after being 2010 Tuscan gf pizza champions, this year (2012) they also won second place at the world gf pizza championship I recommend trying it!
