No-frills, simple atmosphere, really kind staff and owner. Really good gluten-free pizza, decent first course, anyway the allergens are well specified on the menu, it's certainly not sophisticated cooking but good value for money. Fairly clean.

Really good value for money. Tasty and well-presented food. They have a lot of variety of gluten-free pasta, pizza and food.They present you with the menu in your language; terrace with a garden.Really attentive and careful, always trying to make you feel comfortable. Thank you so much!

Excellent restaurant pizzeria, and for celiacs it's superb, with really good pizza with lots of variants, and also, listen up, always for celiacs several bottled beers, and, and, and, then two types of draft beer, always gluten-free, fantastic for dessert the panzerotto with coconut and nutella, always gluten-free, is sublime, honest prices

venue that offers a wide choice of dishes, with particular attention and care for customers with intolerances. Worth visiting also during lunch break because they're really fast in serving. Staff really kind and friendly. Excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I went back after a year to eat the gluten-free pizza. Honestly I have to say I don't like the dough, it feels more like a wafer than a pizza. I have to say a few years ago it was much better.

Good evening, I was at the pizzeria last night and I have to say I was really satisfied. Fast service, staff really kind and a truly wide gluten-free menu. Appetizers, first courses, main courses, pizzas, calzoni and dessert entirely available also gluten-free. I had a pizza and I have to say the dough is light and digestible. A venue where you don't have to worry about what to eat, no giving anything up. Recommended!

The gluten-free pizza (especially the whole wheat dough one) is really excellent and the selection of gluten-free beers is unmatched (I haven't yet found any other place with a dedicated list for gluten-free beers)

what can I say, whenever I can I always happily stop by...attentive and helpful staff, excellent choice of seasonal first courses too, always excellent pre-meal snacks available (the tomato taralli are really good) and a great choice of gluten-free beers...worth trying the Caulier on tap...a unique opportunity...

I'm eating right now excellent gluten-free pizza, wide choice of gluten-free cooking, and all the gluten-free pizzas with a bit of a surcharge, excellent desserts, the only note too much pressure from the waiters serving you, fast ok, but too exaggerated. In the end highly recommended for celiacs.

finally a calzone and a gluten-free draft beer...what does it take? a lot of research and passion for your craft...that's what we found here! a really rich menu for every dish...the pizza dough excellent and artisanal! paradise for a celiac and for non-celiacs too, since my companion chose it and enjoyed it. Absolutely worth trying and trying again...

The pizza is very good, wide choice and also the option of having it with lactose-free mozzarella...however the place has very cramped spaces and the staff wasn't always courteous: after just 15 minutes late due to looking for a parking spot nearby (which in itself is difficult since they don't have private parking and it's hard to find one especially on weekends) they had already given our reserved table for two to other customers...not only that, the manager started scolding us in front of all the customers...something absolutely inappropriate.

Excellent panzerotto. The pizza is also good, and above all the wide choice. I couldn't eat the desserts because I was already full but the sweet panzerotto and the donut looked really good.

I've been there three times, the pizza is very good and there's a huge choice also for the restaurant and gluten-free beers. The staff, however, are very disorganized and don't seem very careful about contamination, 2 times out of 3 I felt unwell..watch out!

every time I don't feel like cooking and want to treat myself, this is always the destination! the prices are excellent, the food, even though gluten-free, is exquisite, the staff are fast and friendly, and even the guys who deliver are fast and sharp! compliments!

Excellent menu. Excellent pizza. Excellent ingredients. Excellent prices. Extremely kind staff. For me a sure bet. Pizza also delivered, fried food for every taste (fries, calamari rings, mini mozzarella balls, olive ascolane, fritters, etc), GF draft beer and more than 12 different types of bottled GF beer. Top marks.

I discovered this place purely by chance and had a great experience right away! The attention to food is excellent, the pizza unparalleled and the place very cozy... I disagree with whoever found the staff disorganized, I found them, on the contrary, very knowledgeable and efficient! They're even very fast!!! 10 points

La pasta della pizza senza glutine buonissima, leggera, digeribile con ottimi ingredienti per la farcitura. Ottima anche quella normale. Servizio veloce e attento. Tempo permettendo si può cenare anche all'aperto nella caratteristica piazza Petrarca.

Attenzione in tutto alle persone con intolleranze, pizza senza glutine sempre ottima....piada pizza senza glutine al rosmarino fantastica....e il panzerotto fritto senza glutine sublime.. senza contare che chi vuole la pizza vegana c'è la mozzarisella! O lo strachicco....chi vuole mangiare bene e godersi una pizza impastata a mano...e non cartone....andate al Carmine...non ve ne pentirete. Luisa

Per Alessandro:credo che le opinioni e persino le critiche dei clienti debbano essere ascoltate ed accettate..senza scaldarsi tanto..perché nessuno è infallibile e può capitare di servire qualcosa di non buono..se sono stata male per qualcosa che ho mangiato da voi ho tutto il diritto di dirlo! Riguardo al saper fare meglio certo che no!ma non ho un locale specializzato nel senza glutine. Nessuna smania di scrivere..è giusto che io possa dire la mia opinione e ripeto secondo me non è più come un tempo..ciò non significa denigrare il vostro lavoro

per il post di Cristina: qualità peggiorata non combacia con quello che nomini, calzone senza glutine, panzerotti ecc. e neanche non vuol dire adagiarsi. un calzone crudo lo vede anche un bambino per cui denigrare il lavoro e la passione gratuitamente è peccato. bastava segnalarlo e magari ti veniva cotto di più o magari cambiavi pizza. Forse il protagonismo di scrivere è più forte . Di sicuro tu saprai fare di meglio con il senza glutine... Magari puoi dare dei consigli.

È vero che la scelta è vasta e che il personale è preparato..ma nell'ultimo periodo la qualità è peggiorata di molto,forse si sn un po' adagiati essendo l'unico locale a padova che permette a noi celiaci di mangiare cose come il calzone,panzerotti ecc..insomma io non tornerò più e con grande dispiacere ma mi hanno servito un calzone crudo,non lievitato,con pomodoro acido che mi fa star male da tre giorni

si é vero che c'é un'ampia scelta di pizze senza glutine ma se devo fare una critica la faccio per il locale; giá l'ingresso si presenta freddo, inaccogliente poi se sali le scalette il primo piano presenta un sottotetto piccolo e chiuso , quindi tutto l'odore tende a salire e esci "affumicato". Da rivedere. La pizza senza glutine con pasta integrale l'ho trovata gommosa, da migliorare.

Da provare veramente... Mai vista una scelta cosi ampia di pizze senza glutine. Si trova anche la pizza calzone, mai vista in giro, e la versione integrale senza glutine. Preparatissimo tutto lo staff. Da provare.

Questa sera, ho provato a mangiarla pizza in questo locale affidandomi alle ottime recensioni. Vi devo dare ragione: davvero ottima la pasta, sottile e croccante e con la possibilità di sceglierla anche con la mozzarella senza lattosio. Mio marito e mio figlio hanno mangiato invece quella normale e sono rimasti soddisfatti. A chi piace la birra, offrono anche una buona scelta di senza glutine. Complimenti.

Inizialmente scettico ma ho dovuto subito ricredermi. Ampia e squisita la scelta del meno glutine bevande comprese. Prezzi onestissimi e ragionevoli, finalmente. Staff ottimo. Fanno anche i corsi per prepararsi la pizza senza glutine a casa. Ottimo

Hemos cenado aquí tres días a finales de agosto. La atención recibida fue magnífica, todos los platos que probamos riquísimos, conocían perfectamente la dieta sin gluten. Un 10 para la amabilidad de todo el personal del establecimiento. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Mi ha dato sicurezza che il prodotto fosse veramente senza glutine e sicuro. Anche per quanto riguarda l'intolleranza al lattosio. Tutto sommato la pizza era buona ed è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Ci tornerò.

All apparenza appena arrivati non mi ispirava molta fiducia, poi parli col proprietario che non è celiaco ed è informatissimo. Antipasti fine del mondo. Consiglio a tutti il panzerotto fritto che è sublime mi sono chiesto se si fossero sbagliati farina visto che era buonissimo. Personale super gentile.

Pizze e cucina senza glutine con un menù ricco di proposte, senza pari a Padova. Hanno perfino le mozzarelline e le olive ascolane senza glutine e 3 tipi di birra senza glutine. Le pizze senza glutine sono circa 60 e la cucina offre persino i gnocchi senza glutine e il tiramisù fatti da loro. Il servizio è ottimo e i prezzi onestissimi, 5,50 euro per una margherita senza glutine e non bisogna prenotare la pizza come da altri a Padova. Fanno perfino la consegna a domicilio. Cosa chiedere di più per noi senza glutine?

Servizio rapido gentilissimi pizza grande ma si puo' migliorare come impasto!! Non so se e' un caso ma secondo me la fanno cuocere troppo e i prodotti messo sopra si abbruciacchiano... Ps il dolcino tiramisu pero era buonissimo !!!!
