Inn and restaurant in the heart of the Soave hills, amid vineyards and the Scaliger castle, with Venetian cuisine using local ingredients and local wines. The menu offers gluten-free bread and pasta (€2 surcharge) and a gluten-free version of the traditional tiramisù. The facility does not have a dedicated cooking area and uses a single kitchen: the waiting staff is nonetheless attentive and available to recommend the most suitable dishes for those with celiac disease.
