Organic farmhouse in the heart of the Madonie, in Castelbuono, with a restaurant offering zero-kilometer Sicilian cuisine. The kitchen staff is trained to safely prepare gluten-free dishes, with a selection ranging from typical Sicilian first courses to homemade desserts, also paying attention to other specific guest needs. Farm-grown ingredients (fruit, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, honey) and handmade fresh pasta.
