It's sad to see that the restaurant of a luxury luxury hotel (GHVittoria) doesn't reserve something special gluten-free. 'The celiac pasta' comes in three shapes, industrial bagged pasta; they don't prepare fried food without a reservation because it needs to be made before the others (?) and, cherry on top, the bread, requested because it wasn't brought along with the non-celiac guest's, is brought in its original packaging, I was handed, in my hand (not even served at the table), half a package (at least still sealed thankfully) of Coop sliced bread.
