During the week of Ferragosto we had dinner as a group of 3, 2 of whom are celiac, one adult and one child.The place is AIC certified, so maximum safety for those who need to eat gluten-free.Booking is recommended and can also be done online, both for outdoor tables and inside in the air-conditioned room; since temperatures are very high, I suggest the indoor room with air conditioning.We had 2 gluten-free paposce, a classic one with cured ham and one with mortadella and pistachio, both really good, light and easy to digest, generously sized with good-quality filling in the right amount. The dough is soft and crispy.The staff are always kind and courteous despite the crowds and the heat.We had a great experience and it's absolutely a must-stop for anyone passing through or staying in Vieste.
