May 2020. Finally, after months of research, study and testing, our gluten-free dough was born in a dedicated workshop inside our venue: light, thin, crispy and genuine. A blend of flours from Molino Marello, a small family-run village in the province of Cuneo certified gluten-free with 100% Italian flours. You will find a wide choice of pizzas, fried food and desserts made fresh.
