I was at this place for dinner with my colleagues. We called ahead to let them know there was a celiac person and they told us there were no problems. On arrival (with a nice sign outside advertising gluten-free pizzas) they tell us the gluten-free pizza exists but isn't suitable for celiacs due to contamination during cooking. Actually the pizza is baked on its own aluminum tray, with no other pizzas being baked at the same time, after cleaning the oven, so in theory it's allowed. That said, it's a pre-made pizza base, which can only be requested plain, marinara or margherita. Not terrible, but definitely more of a home food than a pizzeria one. In my opinion if a restaurateur wants to offer gluten free pizza they need to inform themselves about what's necessary to offer it and what it implies. I stayed because it was a company-organized event, but I definitely won't be going back.
