I think it's one of the best pizzerias for GF even though they're not certified. To be safer it's always better to mention it when booking. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

The gluten-free dough for the pizza is absolutely fantastic. Young venue, service ok, attention to the celiac customer excellent. Usually they always have the dough available but when booking it's always better to specify. In short, a pizzeria I highly recommend

For me the best gluten-free pizza in Prato. Cooked well and really digestible.

They're not certified but on request (and booking) they make an excellent gluten-free pizza. Since they're not certified, better to always check what they bring you and specify clearly. Prices in the norm but overall ok
