Excellent pizzeria with a wide gluten-free choice! I recommend the deglutinated one: super digestible and really crunchy

Gluten-free pizza with teff dough gummy and thick and full of water, poor quality ingredients.

Go-to venue in Imola for gluten-free pizza, considering the absence of rivals. Overall the pizza is acceptable, sometimes fairly good, sometimes not up to par. The problem is that especially recently the quality of the raw ingredients is lacking (mozzarella above all) and the prices for some gf pizzas, even fairly topped ones, are in my opinion a bit high.

GF pizza with buckwheat dough excellent, although 25 euros for 1 GF buckwheat pizza and a regular kamut one is a bit much - 1.90 euros cover charge each, disposable tablecloth and no bread on the table! -

Lately it's gotten quite worse especially as raw ingredients.. Last time the little artichokes in the four seasons pizza were indecent stuff..The rice pizza is maybe the best but without mozzarella as soon as it cools even a bit it becomes like paper.. As long as there wasn't other choice around you certainly couldn't complain.. But today if you can even just go toward Faenza you find much better.

the GF pizza with rice flour is decent, the place is nice but everything else is very poor. the gluten pizzas were crumbling in your hands, it felt like chewing paper. Very poor service.

The best gluten-free pizza in the area. However the quality of the products is very poor, especially the mozzarella. The owner's kindness is disappointing. Once she even charged for a coffee that she had previously forgotten to add to a bill for thirty people, regular customers of the place

The best gluten-free pizza in the area. However the ingredients chosen for the pizza topping are very poor quality, especially the mozzarella. Given the prices! The owner's helpfulness is very poor.In fact once she even charged for a coffee that she had previously forgotten to add to a bill for thirty people, regular customers of the place.

The best gluten-free pizza dough I've ever tasted. You can choose among three types (buckwheat, corn and rice). I'd recommend buckwheat.
