I was at this pizzeria and had a really good pizza no difference at all with other "gluten" pizzas.. staff really kind and really knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back..

Not very reliable restaurant owners: the street isn't the one shown on the website, after 2 phone calls both in the afternoon and shortly before arriving at the venue to ask about the street, they said pizzas for celiacs were available, but that actually wasn't the case, plus still on the phone they had guaranteed me the dough blocks would be available and that with 2 ovens they'd be quick. Even on site they didn't apologize for the inconvenience. kindness isn't a bad thing and nowadays it's a rare gift. shame.

Delicious pizza, the dough seems like the traditional one and above all the ingredients are excellent quality and generous. The regular pizza is also excellent according to my friends. Super knowledgeable staff (AIC affiliated pizzeria) and extremely kind. I highly recommend it!!!

la pizza senza glutine più buona di Palermo con lievitazione naturale.. prezzi ottimi e sconti diamond card
