experience to forget, gluten-free pizza horrendous, very low quality raw ingredients. regular pizza pitiful, half burnt and half raw, dough poorly risen. money thrown away. never again

I always use the takeaway service. Especially on weekends, given the number of customers, it's advisable to call and book. Both the gluten-free pizza and the "regular" one very good!

good pizza, rude female staff! sent back for the poor manners shown...but won't it be the same one criticized in the previous comments? then she hasn't learned her lesson...

What can I say, I'm a regular customer now..I can't help but recommend it to all celiacs! friendly and very kind staff..plus an extra point because it's the only one in Florence that delivers gluten-free pizza to your home!

What can I say... Ordering the pizza in the morning for 8:30 PM and after half an hour of waiting being told, well, doesn't come from a rude, sour and snobbish shop assistant who should change jobs!! Around 9:10 PM the pizzas are ready with a final hallelujah! Result the pizzas aren't bad but in Florence there are places where they make it better! If the sour young lady happens to serve you don't contradict her she's right and if you order sheet-pan slices and not pizzas say so because as she says they don't take the names... Well what can I say, fail!

I ended up there by chance and I have to say what a nice discovery!!! Really kind staff and really good pizza! I used the takeaway service but you can also eat there! Well done!
