Finally a real panzerotto, good, good, good, just like the ones I used to eat before I became gluten intolerant. Perfect filling, tomato sauce with just the right consistency, stringy mozzarella, perfect dough. The croquettes and other fried items are also good. On weekends though they only make the fried snacks and the round pizza

I went at noon and there were no pizzas or puccia, unfortunately... so I had capocollo with burrata and roast potatoes, very good, for 12 euros. Simple, modern venue, with trays, on Brindisi's main street

Thanks to the reviews on the eating-gluten-free app you rarely go wrong. Venue downtown in Brindisi, really clean. The staff really nice. We had a GF pizza and a regular one, both very good. Both "Botteghino pizzas". €2 surcharge on the GF one. Venue worth recommending for location and products.

Finally I saw the venue reopened after the renovation. Much more elegant and welcoming. Pizza always excellent. Can't wait to try the lunch dishes

Do you know when it reopens? The pizza is excellent, it's hard to tell it apart from the regular one according to my husband. I also miss the Friday fried food.

I've tried many pizzerias. The venue is very, very simple and down-to-earth. If you're looking for a sophisticated venue it's not the right one for you. I can guarantee you, HOWEVER, that the pizza is really good, really really good. For the gluten-free one it's better to call and book, so as not to wait long. RECOMMENDED.

Saturday evening 8pm. I order gluten-free pizza...answer: Ready not before 10pm. I'm left stunned and leave. Question: How is it possible that a venue marked AIC (that's how it seemed the sticker on the entrance door) isn't prepared on a Saturday evening to serve a damn gluten-free pizza?

Excellent pizza and fantastic arancini. The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. Very courteous and attentive owners. Fast service. I will definitely be back

The best pizza I've ever eaten! And I've traveled a lot ... :) unfortunately I live in Padova otherwise I'd live off their pizza! The price is also more than honest! I can't wait to go back!

The choice of products isn't very wide, but they make the best pizza in Brindisi and the same goes for fried and regular calzoni! The only flaw: they need advance notice, but they're still very helpful
