I went in August 2021, on the booking phone call I specified gluten and lactose intolerance, they told me there was no problem. At the table we order 2 pizzas, one gf and one regular, the first arrives, presented as a 4 stagioni, mine, I ask: is that the gluten-free one? answer: yes . My husband says, go ahead and start eating, when it gets cold it's not as good... I start eating and say: this dough is really good.... after a few minutes the other pizza arrives and it's clearly the gluten-free one! I ask the waitress, she asks in the kitchen and they confirm to me that the first one was regular
