I was diagnosed celiac at 16 months and my body has always suffered in case of contamination. Despite the comments below, I have to say I had no problem at all at this pizzeria. Neither with the taste of the dough (really exquisite) nor with celiac disease. I hope and believe therefore that they've changed methods and precautions. The venue really refined and classy.

I went to the one in Varese, terrible experience. Afterwards I checked their website and it's stated there anyway that the pizza was prepared and cooked in the same environment. Yes they have gluten-free pizza but it's for those following the gluten-free trend, for those of us who have real problems, they're serving you poison. ....

place to avoid! they claim gluten-free pizza when they cook it in the same oven as the regular ones, with no care at all! they don't know what it means to be celiac! don't go if you don't want to feel sick

Pizza not exceptional. ... beware if you suffer from lactose intolerance.....the dough is made with milk. I found out the hard way.

small and thick pizza, all bread and little flavor. High price and absolutely not up to standard for the terrible pizza

They baked my GF pizza in the same oven and with the other gluten pizzas and served it with the others not caring about contamination. Such ignorance!

When I called they told me they no longer had gluten-free flour. I didn't understand if temporarily or if they don't make gluten-free anymore.

we can't let ourselves be fooled by these people who only think about making money while making other people sick!! celiac disease is a serious thing: (an illness)!! ignorant!!!

Besides cooking the pizzas in the same oven, the dough of the gluten-free ones is really hard and really tough to cut, maybe due to flour or cooking issues...The taste so-so, but I can't get a hernia just to cut a pizza.

what's the point of saying they have gluten-free pizzas, when they then cook them in the same oven as the others!!!! clearly they know nothing about celiac disease and food contamination....
