The gluten-free pizza is exceptional, among the best I've ever eaten. Absolutely worth trying

pizza dough hard to digest it has a bad aftertaste in the stomach the saltimbocca crumble in your hand overall not bad but there's room for improvement

Prompted by too many positive comments online, I go to this pizzeria with my boyfriend. He's vegan, chooses a tomato, artichoke and mushroom pizza, I have a mozzarella, tomato, mushroom, black olive one. Let's start by saying my partner's pizza arrived with no mushrooms and with 4 pieces of artichoke placed around the pizza...practically it was just tomato. Mine instead was richer, but with olives a bit too cooked. Dough moderately good, but what left me puzzled was the pizza dirty with burnt spots, especially underneath, so much that it stained the plate black. How long since they've cleaned the oven? I noticed this crust and this dirt in other photos from comments that call the pizza excellent, well! Also my pizza was raw in the middle. I pointed this out and the waiter had the nerve to say it's the type of dough that seems to stay raw, while in reality it isn't. Instead no it was raw in the middle, period! I recognize a raw dough, even gluten-free. All this happened with the venue empty, it was just the two of us, with 2 other young guys. Definitely overrated.

We just left the flli vitale pizzeria in Arzano and believe me the pizza is super excellent light big really good...good the fried food and the angioletti with nutella ....excellent welcome really kind staff.....keep it up compliments

excellent both the pizza and the saltimbocca, the little Italian-style fried dishes are spectacular.. even the pasta frittatina.. friendly staff.. wide choice.. fresh quality ingredients.. compliments
