And that's not all, because at Dalis Pizza & Wine, pizza with alternative flours and lactose-free mozzarella are standard, to meet everyone's needs; the pizzas, moreover, are made entirely with select-quality soft wheat flour, just like the Puglian extra virgin olive oil. The traditional Puglian cuisine and pizza menus, in their most classic versions as well as in their own creations, are offered paired with quality wine from the most renowned national labels, with special attention to regional ones, increasingly sought-after and established on the international wine market. The service is not overlooked either — quite the opposite, it is prompt and discreet as well as professional; the modern setting, spacious and pleasant rather than cramped, makes the atmosphere typical for moments to spend with company or in intimacy, enhanced by the scent, color and "warmth" of a good glass of wine.
