Very good gluten-free pizza, dough made by them, excellent ingredients. They also have two types of beer and I also had a delicious tiramisù! AIC certified! Highly recommended!! Finally a non-industrial pizza…! Well done Claudia

Their own dough, with long leavening. Really good, the first true gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. Trained and really helpful staff. Highly recommended!
