I discovered celiac disease with my daughter at 2 and a half years old. I took her to eat at what in my opinion is the best place for a pizza. They were meticulous in the service and the preparation. Moving to say the least. THANK YOU

Really delicious gluten-free pizza. I also recommend the montanarine trio.

The pizza dough and the topping ingredients good, excellent the montanarine trio. Two types of gf beer but I only liked one (with the blue label). I don't recommend Saturday night: the staff is kind and helpful but due to the high turnout waiting times get considerably longer

Really busy pizzeria excellently run by careful and professional staff. It's not listed among the AIC venues, and that says a lot about the criteria used by the association. Area dedicated to gluten-free pizzas never seen before (practically a bunker where contamination is practically impossible). Excellent pizza quality! Well done !
