I go there often....really delicious gluten-free pizza! my son loves it!!!

I'm the pizzeria's owner. Let me preface that everyone has their own tastes and, even though we try hard, unfortunately we can't get it right for everyone. It could be the pizza was under-topped (even though it's strange). What I categorically refuse is to have the quality of the products questioned and please tell Sara that the oil is changed regularly. Not by chance, despite the huge amount of potatoes we make, no one has ever complained. As for the fried pizza we haven't made it for over 1 month because we found that the gluten-free dough isn't suitable for frying. Also I don't think it's right to make completely unfounded statements in a review, without raising your complaints in person since I believe everything can be remedied; sure hiding behind a keyboard is always easier and anyone can make up whatever they want without giving any real help this way, quite the opposite. It still remains a fact that very many gluten-free customers who got to know us were very satisfied becoming regular customers. Even the AIC Association follows us and guides us in the choice of products and how to work them. I would still like the chance to speak directly with Mrs. Sara but from this site it seems the owner isn't allowed a voice or maybe it's me who doesn't know this site and that's why I'm asking you if this option exists since the right of reply is sacrosanct. The pizza isn't bad even though not very topped (mushroom and cooked ham pizza has 4 pieces of cooked ham and 5 mushrooms). The rest rejected: fries terrible (if you don't change the oil a bit more often the taste is bad), fried piada a shoe sole...better not to make it!
