I should mention this venue is now called: ALTERNATIVO. It was a fantastic discovery, especially since it's dedicated to us celiacs: the entire menu is gluten-free. They only offer selected products, so the quality is excellent (from the unusual fried dishes all the way to the local 'nduja on the pizza) and above all the staff is excellent

Excellent pizza, crunchy and tasty. The gluten-free supplì are good too. Great prices, I recommend it. You can order through Just Eat.

It would be more correct to communicate that gluten-free pizzas need to be booked that day. If I'm coming from the other side of Rome shouldn't I have the right to know that?

Writing that you need to book the gluten-free pizza for lunch would be correct and professional. Also welcoming with more courtesy those who come from the other side of Rome and can't get it (since they don't know) would be more appreciated.

we often get takeaway pizza and it's very good... I'd like it if they also made some fried food and maybe the quality of some ingredients (like the hot dog sausage) could be improved, despite that the pizza is very good!

always got their gluten-free takeaway pizza, always really very good, light and crispy, and above all with home delivery they're right on the minute! Never happened in my life! DELICIOUS, well done!

Pizza da asporto! La consegnano anche a domicilio. Molto buona e i proprietari gentilissimi, mi hanno portato la pizza a domicilio anche se non fossi molto vicino... Consigliata (anche se non ci si può sedere a mangiare, hanno soltanto 2 tavoli alti)
