Good morning. Regarding my comment from last November 8th, I had the chance to talk with the owner, who clarified to me that on the work surface all the flour present is of the gluten-free type and as a result, it's her opinion that there's no risk of contamination.

The gluten-free pizza is prepared on the same work surface as the gluten pizzas. A single pizza maker prepares both switching from one to the other casually. Cooking happens in two different ovens. Maybe some risk of contamination exists.

The venue is completely new, it transformed from a takeaway pizza place (still present) to a restaurant pizzeria, so don't count the review about the lack of cutlery etc. Highly recommended the pizza, made by them (not a frozen base as sometimes happens) and they're really knowledgeable about gluten-free. They also make gluten-free desserts, tiramisu almost always available. Prices in the norm obviously higher for the gluten-free pizza. Venue super recommended.

spartan service, no placemat, no cutlery. You have to eat with your hands. Every pizza cut into 4. What falls has to be picked up from the box. Prices at lunchtime not discounted. the other pizzas 5 euros, for the gluten-free full price plus a 2 euro surcharge
