Takeaway and home-delivery pizzeria in Ardea, with two completely separate workshops for gluten-containing and gluten-free production, designed to exclude any risk of cross-contamination. The doughs undergo long natural fermentation and are worked to order for each customer; founder Fabio Alveti is a world champion of gluten-free pizza (2022 and 2024). Delivery area: Ardea, Pomezia and surrounding towns.
