Venue downtown in a really good location. Really kind, helpful and really attentive staff. Lots of options for gluten-free piadinas; I tried three types, all really good.

gluten-free piadina to fill with lots of toppings and sauces. really delicious and honest price. I recommend getting the menu made up of piadina, swordfish cubes with sauce and a drink. there's also spelt for non-celiacs
