Piadina restaurant inside the COOP shopping center in Montecchio Emilia, with piadinas filled to order and homemade sauces with international flavors. For those who cannot eat gluten, a dedicated dough is available: the gluten-free piadinas arrive ready-made from a specialized bakery and are cooked separately from the traditional ones, to limit the risk of contamination. Almost the entire menu, including cured meat, meat, fish and vegetarian fillings, can be requested in a gluten-free version.
